About the EditionsThe Editions present an extension of Andrea Benítez’s visual research on time, color, and perception. Each work originates from the observation of real skies — moments where light becomes color, and color becomes a record of the present.
Through these chromatic studies, Benítez develops two complementary lines of work: Chromatic Records and Temporal Fragments.The Chromatic Records are fine art prints on paper that capture the original color palettes extracted from real atmospheric registers — visual archives of time translated into pure color.The Temporal Fragments, printed on canvas, explore the notion of memory through reconstructed sequences derived from lenticular compositions, offering new readings of her chromatic fields.
Far from reproductions, these editions are conceived as autonomous works that expand the artist’s conceptual practice. Each piece is produced in a limited run, numbered, signed, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
